Returns & Refunds

Cancellations: You can cancel your order until the date of shipping for any reason free of charge and we will not charge your credit card, provided your order has not yet shipped.  This includes pre-order items which may be cancelled up until shipment.

Cancellations cannot be made after your order has shipped and you will be charged the full amount for your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Products purchased through the site may be returned postmarked within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping confirmation except for sale or clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. You may obtain a return authorization by contacting customerservice@carlosmolina.com

The products must be returned:

  1. In their original condition with all tags still attached, including but not limited to, all identification tags, and security tags;
  2. In their original packaging;
  3. Complete with all of their parts and accessories;
  4. With proof of purchase/copy of invoice;
  5. With a copy of return authorization included; and
  6. Only from locations within the United States.

Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to designate items that are not eligible for return or refund on the website or on any shopping platform from which we sell.  Such designation will be noted on the web page displaying the respective products. If the foregoing conditions are satisfied and you comply with the return instructions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, less a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. All refunds will be processed to the same credit card or account used to make the original purchase.

Please note that you shall solely and exclusively bear any and all risks associated with the return shipping and we shall in no event be liable for the loss, destruction, damage, misdirected or delayed shipment of any returned products.

Please further note that we will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions outlined above, and at such point will ship your merchandise back to you at the original shipment address provided in your order. Do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. In the event that your merchandise cannot be delivered to you at your original shipping address, you authorize CARLOS MOLINA, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.

Upon our receipt of your return package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and processing the refund. Please note that this process may take between 5 and 10 days. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued directly to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.

Please allow approximately one week (for PayPal orders) or approximately one to two billing cycles for credit card orders, for refunds to appear in your account.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Due to constant fluctuation in inventory, we do not offer traditional exchanges of items due to fit, color, or style preference. Please place a new order and return your original purchased item(s) for a refund following our return policy as outlined above.
